On Feb. 18, 2020, Wisconsin Watch launched a new WordPress implementation and content management system for our website, wisconsinwatch.org. I was the project manager for the migration, liaising with the business team, tech leads and designers from the new CMS provider, Newspack by Automattic, as well as working with our internal stakeholders on design and functionality for the new site.

This is an ongoing project management role, as the site is now a much more robust and dynamic digital space than our previous site, requiring almost daily tweaks and enhancements to both the front and back ends of the site. This work is done in a collaborative space alongside a vibrant community of other Newspack users, as we work together, virtually, to grow and enhance all our sites using this new tool.
